What We Look For
Board candidates should:

Be a voting member in good standing of Farmward Cooperative. -
Demonstrate leadership abilities and a commitment to cooperative principles.

Be willing and able to attend board meetings and director training sessions.

Understand or be willing to learn financial statements and key financial ratios.

Work effectively as part of a team and support majority decisions.

Maintain confidentiality regarding board discussions.

Demonstrate loyalty to Farmward's mission, programs, and services.

Have a strong interest in the economic and business conditions affecting agriculture and farmer cooperatives.
