Q: Why are we pursuing this unification?

Both Boards see an opportunity to strengthen and diversify our cooperatives. This partnership expands our energy and agronomy services, broadens our geographic reach, and supports long-term stability for our members.

Q: What does this mean for Farmward in terms of operations and logistics?

AgPlus will be joining Farmward. Our current branding, name, locations, and services will remain the same. We are expanding our territory and enhancing our agronomy and energy services, creating even greater opportunities.

Q: Where will the headquarters be located, and who will serve as the CEO?

John will continue to serve as CEO, and our main office in Morgan will remain our headquarters.

Q: Why isn’t there a Farmward member vote?

Farmward members will not participate in this vote. AgPlus, being the smaller organization, will be integrated into our cooperative structure with approval from the board. Only AgPlus voting member-owners will vote on whether AgPlus should unify with Farmward.

Q: Will this change pricing or patronage?

There are no immediate pricing changes expected. Patronage will continue to follow existing policies and will be evaluated with the cooperative’s best interests in mind.

Q: Will locations or services change?

No. Members will continue receiving the same services, and we anticipate improved service access as additional locations expand our territory.

Q: Will there be any changes to the employees I work with?

No, your day-to-day contacts and the employees you work with will remain the same. All locations will continue operating as they do now, with the same trusted team serving you.

Q: How can customers stay informed?

Updates will be shared through the Farmward website, social media pages, and emails.

Members are encouraged to contact a board member, or your account manager.
