Unification Update: Statements, Billing & Account Access Information

We are excited to share that Ag Plus Cooperative and Farmward Cooperative have officially merged, and we are now moving forward together as one unified cooperative. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you. As we work to bring our systems and services together, there are a few important updates we want to make sure you are aware of regarding your statements, billing, and account access.

Potential for Two Statements:

For customers who have done business with both Ag Plus and Farmward, until the two cooperative ERP systems are consolidated on August 1, you may receive two separate billing statements if you purchase products and services from locations associated with the pre-merged cooperatives.

Statement Due Date:

All statement balances are due on the 20th of the month.

Email Statements:

To receive statements by the second business day of the month, customers are encouraged to sign up to receive statements via email. This will ensure that statements are received timely and efficiently. By selecting the email receipt method, statements will no longer be mailed. Keep in mind that statements are available on your Grower360 customer portal as well.

Grower360:

Until August 1, customers of both Ag Plus and Farmward will maintain two separate Grower360 accounts. There will be no changes to the current Farmward Grower360 app or online access. The Ag Plus Grower360 app will be rebranded as Farmward Cooperative with the tagline “Formerly Ag Plus Cooperative” and will feature a solid green background for easy identification. Upon your first login after the merger, you will be prompted to update the app to apply these changes. To access your former Ag Plus Grower360 account online, visit farmward-ap.grower360.net.

Ag Plus Local Charge Cards and Farmward Cardtrol Card:

If you have an Ag Plus local charge card, you will receive a new card with the Farmward logo. This card can only be used at the former Ag Plus locations. Once we are on one operating system, you will be able to use the card at the two cardtrol gas stations in Springfield and Morgan. If you have a Farmward Cardtrol Card, the card can only be used at the Springfield and Morgan cardtrol sites until we are on one operating system.  The goal is to be able to use your card at all accepting locations by September 1.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this transition. If you have any questions about these changes or anything else, please reach out to your local cooperative location. We are here to help.
