Jake Gatzlaff Has Been Named Danube Terminal Manager
Jake began his career with the cooperative as a Grain Handler in Comfrey, where he quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. Through consistent performance and proven leadership, he advanced into the role of Morton Location Manager, where he successfully oversaw daily operations, employee development, and customer service. He later expanded his responsibilities by serving in Danube Grain Operations, gaining valuable experience with the unique demands of the terminal.
Over the past 13 years, Jake has established himself as a highly respected leader within the organization. He is recognized for his deep knowledge of grain operations, strategic mindset, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams. His dedication to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement has contributed significantly to the success of our grain division.
Jake’s extensive operational expertise, strong leadership skills, and commitment to developing employees make him exceptionally well suited for this role. We are confident that his experience and vision will continue to strengthen the Danube terminal and support its ongoing growth and success.
