Farmward Co-op is pleased to announce a new leadership assignment within our terminal network.
Andy Behnke has been named Springfield Terminal Manager.
Andy brings a strong track record of leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to both team development and customer service. In his previous role as Wood Lake Location Manager, he consistently helped build a strong, performance-driven culture focused on safety, accountability, and strong customer relationships.
Under Andy’s leadership, the Wood Lake team strengthened day-to-day operations while maintaining a clear focus on service and reliability for member-owners. His ability to lead people, streamline operations, and build trust with customers has made a lasting impact in the locations he has supported.
Beyond his experience within Farmward Co-op, Andy brings a diverse professional background that further strengthens his leadership perspective. His experience includes executive nonprofit leadership, business and farm ownership, and customer experience and training leadership within the financial services industry. This blend of hands-on agricultural knowledge and broader business leadership gives him a well-rounded approach to managing operations and supporting teams.
Supported by a strong educational foundation, Andy’s leadership experience and operational insight position him well to guide the Springfield terminal. In this role, he will focus on continuing to build a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation while supporting the team in delivering dependable service to our member-owners.
