We would like to thank you for your continued business and take this opportunity to inform you of an upcoming change for some of you to the timing of our annual propane tank lease billing.
Following the recent merger of Farmward Cooperative and Ag Plus Cooperative on March 1, 2026, we are working to align the billing practices of both legacy companies into a single, consistent program. As part of this transition, annual tank lease invoices for Fiscal Year 2027 will post in November 2026, with payment due by January 20, 2027, to align with Farmward’s existing annual tank lease billing cycle.
We understand some legacy Ag Plus customers received a tank lease invoice earlier this year and may feel they are being billed twice in 2026. Please note this is not a duplicate charge. The invoice issued in May 2026 covered Fiscal Year 2026, while the November 2026 invoice will cover Fiscal Year 2027. This adjustment is necessary to move all customers to the same annual November billing schedule.
To ensure our records remain up to date, all Farmward customers are required to have an updated Tank Lease Agreement on file. If you have not yet completed an updated agreement since the merger, we have enclosed a copy for your convenience. Please return the completed agreement by mail, email to energy-admin@farmward.net, or drop it off at any Farmward location.
